Florenz's coworking space is located in the cool pine forest, just a few meters from the private beach. Large glass walls let in sunlight and overlook the greenery, stimulating creativity and concentration. The space is divided into 2 areas: one has private, soundproofed offices, while the other features a common area with 2 modular desks and modern equipment. There's also a meeting room, complete with a screen and small sofas for about 20 people.

The resort's Arena can comfortably accommodate up to 250 people. It covers an area of 200m², which is expandable to 500 m². Equipped with modular audio and video systems, it is ideal for screenings and conferences.
