A holiday village for people with disabilities
A place for vacations in freedom!
Accessible doesn't necessarily mean welcoming. Our goal at Florenz Open Air Resort is to provide a truly worry-free vacation for every guest, including those who have disabilities or mobility impairments. In a nutshell, vacation is a right for us. However, simply having accessible areas isn't enough to make that happen. That's why we've been investing in services suitable to everyone for 20 years, but most importantly, we're committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Entertainment, Mini Club, sports, excursions: all Florenz guests can take part in every moment of resort life. Otherwise, what kind of vacation would it be?

The Florenz pays close attention to every detail regarding accessibility. The resort's shared areas are completely free of architectural barriers: sidewalks, restaurants, mini-market, the theater arena, the pool, and the beach are all wheelchair and stroller accessible.
20% of our accommodations are designed to make sure guests with disabilities feel as comfortable as possible and are certified as fully accessible by Village For All - V4A®, an International Quality Mark for Accessible Hospitality.
We have been part of the network since it was founded and have implemented a plan for constant development and improvement, aiming to meet the needs of our guests with physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments in an increasingly effective manner.
We specialize in welcoming groups of people with disabilities, providing customized packages to cater to our guests' specific needs.

We are well aware of the needs of blind and visually impaired people, as well as those with physical or cognitive impairments: our team participates in ongoing training and includes people with disabilities among its members.
Since 2022, Florenz has mapped 21 accommodations for blind and visually impaired guests. In collaboration with the La Girobussola association, it has equipped itself with visual-tactile maps, information material in Braille, R Code, and NFC technology to ensure maximum autonomy and orientation. This is a major step in an ambitious investment plan to make the Resort even more accessible and sustainable. In collaboration with local authorities and the Emilia Romagna Region, this project aims to make your experience at Florenz even more extraordinary.
